FYI, the USB ports in the DJI power brick support fast charging (when I plug my Pixel XL in, it says "Charging Rapidly" on the screen). I would bet that the controller will charge faster with the DJI power brick than the YX charger.

Kelly I have the same charger works great, I also had a problem with it charging the controller time why's, but did charge my iPad very fast. Thanks Where did you get the wall clock behind you I like the euro 7 never seen one like that. Nice

I think the clock came from Pier One imports. Unfortunately, it's not a real antique.

Do you think the Cells in each battery are balanced well as compared to the DJI ADVANCED charger hub? Granted the DJI Advanced only charges one at a time, but my concern was the Quality of charge? Nice video.

My experience differed. I tested 2 batteries down to 10% one battery on the dji charger and one on the yxc06, and the ski charged in 68min vs 90min on the after market. Where it loses in single battery speed however it makes up for in parallel charging speed. However the specification on the yxc06 is wrong, close to 3.4A per branch, not 4.5 as per the specs. Can't complain for the price you pay but I thought it was an interesting result. I was expecting it to beat the stock charger as its only rated 3.83A however it seems to peak at 4.3A vs the overrated after market charger.

I think the batteries can only charge at a preset rate no mater what’s is being given to them. But seeing as the factory charger can work the dji charging hub. Can this aftermarket do a hub on each line? ( total of 12 batteries). Yes time would be about the same no mater as each unit charges one at a time through the hub.

Great video Kelly, Just received the newer digital version and charged 3 Platinum batteries that were at 25% to 100% in 67 minutes :-) Amazing product at an unbelievable price! I backed the Dronemax 360 on Kickstarter which is a sick unit coming in May.

I have one and cannot find the input amps on this unit. I wanted to use a inverter in my car with it and i do not know how large an inverter i need. I hope you can help. I have to know the input amps of this charger to find out what size inverter. Thanks i appreciate it.

Dear, The original charger when it detects that the Battery is 100% charged, it switches off and does not charge any more. My charger 5 in 1 keeps charging even when the Green LED on the charger lights up. After a few minutes the LED3 on the Battery starts blinks twice per second informing "Over charge detected."

This has been my go to charger for my Mavic since I got it. I leave it plugged in in my garage and it is the charger that I use the most. No issues so far. I highly recommend it.

I just wrote a similar message to Ed Ricker. Have you seen this video from Peter Homer???...kzbin.info/www/bejne/hpKVoo1trNp8n6M He has the exact same charger as you show in this video and it looks like a "Yx" on the top in the corner. You may want to make the modification to yours as he has, which is to connect a GROUND wire. I have a similar charger but mine says "Powerextra" on the top corner....so just to be safe, I took my side panel off to check if a GROUND wire was present and it was....it is not safe without a Ground wire and is an easy fix.....just a courtesy warning....have a great day.
