whats the best dji mic settings for FX30, like transmitter receiver camera levels etc..?

This work well for me at a friends wedding: Transmitter: Mono with safety track, 0 gain Receiver: +2 gain Fx30: audi level 12 One thing I should have changed was to lock the transmitter to prevent accidental button pushes. Unfortunately during the ceremony the record button accidentally pressed in his pocket.

Are you using the cable that comes with the dji mic?

Yes. The mic and camera are so compatible that it does not matter which cable you use.
