DJI Mic - Ipad pro - doesn't work - here is the workaround

Thank you for this. Ive had the Rode mic system and have had to do the same work around. I just got the DJI mic system because I thought id be able to plug the DJI mic directly into the usb-c input in my iPad pro. But ive discovered i need to do the same adapter setup with my iPad Pro. However, at least if I want to record onto/with my Android cell-phone (Samsung Zfold4), the DJI mic system will plug directly into the usb-c input into my cell-phone. So at least there's that silver lining. Thank you for this video, it helped me figure things out a bit quicker.

I am able to use my DJI MIC to record audio on my regular iPad video. You might want to change your TRS to TRRS cord. Maybe even try a TRRS male adapter to female TRS then use a regular male to male TRS cable. I just verified mine works about 10 min ago. No need for the teleprompter video app

When using the DJI mike with iPhone in a case, many people, including me, are having problems hooking up the receiver with the lightning or usb c adaptors into the iPhone case. It does not fit most cases. Does your fix for iPad solve that issue?

Did you get it to work? I just bought the DJI Mics and then finds out I cant just connect it straight away to my Ipad Pro 😏

The new iPadOS 17.0.1 apparently solves this issue.
