Great video man! I tried to find one on your channel, but can you do a tutorial on how you edit your audio please?

I’m working on a short form version of that now, but I might do a longform tutorial as well!

Waaah so cool, couldn’t believe how similar they both sound post processing 🤯

Post processing really is the great equalizer, you can make any mic sound better if you know what you’re doing! I’m glad you enjoyed the video

Great vid bro! The mic 2 sounded way better/fuller imo. Loved the comparison. Would love to have a mic with the same ‘fullness’ of the mic 2 yet same size of the mini!

Thanks Kaan! I really appreciate you! It’s always fun comparing things at 2 different price ranges and seeing how well they perform.

This is my guy. Great content for Bob the Builder to get a new mic to show case his building capabilities.

Please tell me I'm not the only one who red it as mac mini at first and was confused

Great comparison. I have the Mic 2 but only the one TX and RX, I really like it but man the Mic Mini Full Kit seems more bang for the buck. I’m not sure when I’d use stand alone recording or lav usage or even the 32 bit float and it’s nice to have but I think to myself would I be sacrificing if I returned the 2 and went with the mini. I think the one big thing I’d miss is the screen on the 2 being able to adjust levels. I’m not sure if only being able to adjust gain +\-6db each click on the mini is as good as the flexibility of adjusting gain on the RX and TX with +/-1db increments. Great content!

I think DJI realized that like you, the vast majority of people are not using the internal recording or lav which is why I think the mic mini is gonna be so popular with creators. for less than half the price, youre getting amazing sound quality and bang for buck. I totally see your point about the flexibility the mic 2 receiver. Maybe on a future version DJI will give more control, or maybe through a firmware update. Thanks for watching the video!

@ I think if DJI unlocks a firmware where Mic 2 receiver can use the Mic Mini transmitter would be sweeten the deal for us with the Mic 2. I’m hoping regardless they add some weather proofing to the next iteration. 🤞🏽

Hey man, thanks for your video Could you please give me a piece of advice? I am trying to start a tiktok in educational sphere and now I am recording from my phone, and that’s pretty good, but here is the thing: I don’t know whether osmo mobile with mic mini is a good upgrade for me and that really needed. May be you have a separate video about similar setup or you can just answer me here? Thanks in advance
@MarcTaraz3 күн бұрын
Thanks for watching! The osmo mobile is a gimbal, I don’t know if you were talking about that, but I guess it would depend on the kind of content you envision creating. If you are talking about the gimbal, are you planning on doing a lot of movements that need to be smooth, or outdoor activities on the move? If not, and you’re doing more sit down talking to camera, I would stick with your phone. Upgrading your audio is always a good idea, because people will sit through a lower quality video if the audio is good, but can’t sit through a high quality video if the audio is bad. Audio is one of the more important aspects of creating!
