I was not that lucky when I tried a similar test.My Mini 2 landed in the sea and was located on 1 meter depth. Rescued after 15 minutes, but it was beyond repair due to the salty water.

aww mate that sucks , did you have the DJI care refresh pack? I thiink that covers water-damage & runaways X2 .. yes mate salty water ain't good for the RC's - not the flying ones anyways - mine was a close call - the last 2 mins are on 0% batt
