Goo tip to know which ND filter you should use . But once I know what filter to use it's better to set the video back to Auto . The light is always changing when you are moving high on a drone.... Let the camera made the fine adjustment to get perfect exposure . You will still get the motion blur effect .

It's very noticeable when a camera changes exposure on the go, normally you wouldn't want that effect

Polarized ND Filters: So you really need to set to Landscape or Portrait? There is no ND filter setting that will work for both Landscape and Portraitshooting, as I am constantly shooting BOTH in the same flight for different reasons. Is that possible or I would need to land and switch the filter dial each time I switch Landscape and Portrait shooting?

Hmm disagree with not using filters for photos. I’m a photographer and use filters on video and stills. I also use them with my mini 3 pro. I picked up all the freewells and a wide angle. Cheers from Canader eh!

I have a Mini 3 and a couple of sets of Freewell ND filters. I prefer the look of no ND filters unless I'm looking for the rare instance of creating a speedy blur look close to the ground. Otherwise, the ND filters blur and take away too much detail for me, even in the center of the image. It's like going from 4k to 720p. And I do use the 180 rule when the filters are in place. I just don't like them 99 percent of the time.
