Very good, run down of the new features, some points you made that the others did not. One thing I find strange (not your tutorial) is the turning off of the downward sensors. The message that you showed says " Omidirectional sensing is unavailable......" So how is this new feature different from just turning the OA off? just a little confused on that point.

Hey there great video about update ..... maybe you can explain how to use the 3x 70mm camera to do panarama sphere or 180 .It seems the djy fly app does not stitch photos like it does using the regular camera .Have you tried using the 3x camera doing pano sphere or 180 .If you have a solution or advise would be extremely helpful.I have looked for vidros on how to make it work on you tube with no luck .....hope you have a great new year cheers from Canada

The DJI Goggles 2 on the DJI website DO NOT show the battery compartment on the back of the strap (like the one in this review), are you using an older version of their goggles?

great and detailed video. one question though..... when i fly the air 3 with the googles, why am i not able to fly with the gimbal staying leveled with my view? in other words, then i fly and turn left or right, my screen doesn't remain leveled. my screen kinda leans to the right or to the left depending on which way i am turning. any ideas?

When using the goggles you are required to have a "spotter" with you, and they need to keep a visual line of sight on the drone as you fly it.

I have used the vision assist on a very limited basis so far and the one thing I noticed from the first moment is how jumpy the image feed is. It makes sense as all of those cameras are without a gimbal but I am still evaluating how user friendly and useful it is. There has not been much discussion about it yet. I probably still have some getting used to it. The one other thing about having the vision assist capability....as the drone pilot is concentrating on the low res black/white jumpy image, they are effectively "looking the other way" if the drone is in motion. I would be interested in what you have to say further about it.

Turning off the downward sensors is also super useful for hand landing. Before you had to be quick or you had to manually disable all obstacle avoidance

Thanks for the update! I have an idea for a feature: have time dictate or user be able to set the default screen brightness on the RC2 controller. I’m tired of getting ready to fly at night and getting blinded. Also, it would be nice to have the option to turn off the low battery warning noise but I can just turn down the volume :)

Swipe down twice from the top of the controller screen. I opens a settings page where you can see a white rectangle with a sun symbol. In this rectangle you can adjust the screen brightness.
