Great video. The issue I'm currently having with my GoPro 11 is that I can't get my micro SDCard to recognize on my PC. I've tried it on my PC and laptop and 2 SDCard readers, but it's just not showing. I had to format it on my DJI RC Controller and back on my PC to detect it. But as soon as I format it in my GoPro again, it's not detected. I wonder if it's my SDCard (Sandisk Extremer 256gb V30) 🤔

Super helpful, Mattheww, thank you! I'm about to head to Hawaii, and my GoPro 11 and DJI Mini 3 Pro will be what I'm mainly using for video (possibly some on my Samsung phone). Curious about the color settings. I like the idea of using standard across all devices as I'm not experienced with color grading (though I do have experience editing RAW images), but I'm worried that mixing these sources into one video will look off or the colors won't match. Any thoughts on the color settings if using multiple devices? (I'm not out to shoot a cinematic masterpiece, but some of the content may be shared on my travel site/social). Thanks!

Generally, KZbin videos that claim to show consumers how to set up their new GoPro tend to push people toward the highest video quality and resolution - when setting up a new camera. What's almost never talked about is the resulting video file size that strategy creates and how much shorter recording time will be as a result, and that the video editing requirements placed on your less than new PC will likely overwhelm it. A 4k-5k 60+ fps video file that consumes tens of Gigabytes (~3 minutes per Gig) can't be edited or played on a PC just a few years old. If you're a novice who is buying a GoPro to help launch a KZbin channel, you should be aware that typical KZbin videos are delivered to consumers in 1080p (even this one). And, if you're hoping to become a KZbin creator, you should consider using your smart phone to begin your new adventure... The phone cameras are wonderful. You already have it, you know a good deal about how to use it, lots of accessories are available for it and the 1080p videos you shoot with it can be edited using the popular video editing software on a computer a few years old. Wish I'd known all this 6 months ago before buying a 12 Black.

The camera has to have schwitched GPS on. After that I want to grab the most beautyful pictures (Highlights) and upload them on application Komoot. It is clear that video content GPS data. Gopro are absolutely rubbish. The amount of time I was recording and when I go to review the recording. The gopro only recorded 5 minutes then stopped. Even once recorded for 40min and checking that it was recording constantly and when I went to play back the footage it had only recorded just over 8 min. It's was absolutely madding. I would not recommend gopro to anyone they don't work properly and they are always overheating and freezing. Totally a waste of money.

GoPro 11 is a nightmare for me when I used during my travelling overseas. I just bought 1 month ago, overheating problem caused my video is not complete, the video is a random chopped version. some important scenes are missing. Moreover, the video image sometime is shaking under yellow or orange light, especially indoor shooting, the video is totally spoiled. Finally, the built-in stabilizer is out of order, the whole morning shooting was wasted. please, don't by GoPro 11 black.
