I don't tthink that a 5 Pro will come out as it will have to have noticeable improvements over the 4 Pro. Putting a bigger sensor is not feasable because of weight and power consumtion. Unleass DJI found a way to minimise image processors and motor power... it will be difficult to release a new drone better then the 4 Pro and also keep it under the 250gr weight limit. I belive that the future of consumers drone is in the "Neo type" format. Autonomous, small, short distance, no controller needed and affordable price. Lot's to improve over the Neo... Of course, we don't know for sure but from a business point of view, there's a BIG untapped market in these "Neo type" drones, market discovered by HoverAir X1.

That's kinda where I'm at. The M3p does everything I need it to and it's stealthy. I'll have to see what the Mini 5 Pro looks like before making that decision. I like the Air 3S as well. They compliment each other IMHO.

i jst bought the mini 4k and the neo. perfect combination for travels and any footage. i guess if something gets discotinued it needs to make way for new version and tech.

The mini 4 pro is much more stealth than my Air 3s. The Mini 4 goes virtually unnoticed while my air 3s gets peoples attention even at far distances. I believe its due to the color of each drone. Its much harder to keep VLOS with the MINI.

I have 4 drones ( inspire, mavic 2 pro, mavic 3 pro, mini4 pro) and whilst I admit I only bought the mini for ease of restrictions flying ( I’m a commercial pilot with the old PFCO and now the newer qualifications ) and thought I’d hardly use it … however it has become my go to drone … an amazing little thing that punches way above its weight

Great video, thank you! Mini 4 Pro is an amazing drone! I highly doubt that there will be huge, significant difference between 4 and 5 once it is launch. Since these are sub 250, this is a very big challenge to develop a product in terms of hardware. Biggest difference might be just with the software, with more features. So, I think launch of Mini 5 pro would be great time to buy Mini 4 pro as DJI would make some price promotions. I really love my mini beast! 🙂

Very good informative video, I would add the mini 3 pro is also no slouch (very close to 4 in power) also if price is an issue I would recommend DJI refurbished equipment at a huge discount

Waypoints is woo, but aktive Track a track lost is a Problem with the Mini 4 pro. I think the New Generation, Flip or Mini 5 pro, would be solve with the new Sensor of the Air 3 S one KI for tracking. That are the only disadvantages.

Resort was Jawakara. Not sure if i can recommend this one tho. To much sea grass, not so many fishes and staff was very welcoming at start but that faded quickly.

I have the neo, I'll probably buy the mini 4 pro maybe 2 years from now, from some seller. Not to mention the dji osmo 360 camera whenever it comes out. I still use my dji om 3 gimbal, it still does a good job 👍

We need a standard mini 5. I had the mini 3 but crashed in an accident that obstacle avoidance could have prevented. The mini 4 pro price is significantly higher.

The mini 4 pro is the best drone because it's 60 frames per second. You need that to capture motion, such as surfing. The obstacle avoidance is also great.

For me it does not matter if they discontinue it. It is still a great drone, and they will still make software for it. Even in the event they do stop making updates it will still work great. It will be a good value for someone that can not afford the latest and greatest.

The drone that will replace the Mini 4PRO will be the Mini 5Pro. It’s coming. And the drone that will replace the Avata 2 will be the Avata 3. I am waiting for both of those. I lost all interest in all the other DJI products due to size, weight, and overall inconvenience. I only like the small ones now. Matrice? Sold, Inspire3? Sold, Air 3? Sold, Mavic 3 Pro? Sold. I have patience to wait for the MIni 4 and the Avata 2 and I finally got cured of the FOMO. So I’ll wait.

My mini 4 pro started drifting and increasing elevation by itself the 8th time flying it so very disappointing. Going to send it to DJI so hopefully I can get it fixed. 🙃

I have a Mini 3, and bought a mini 4 and for the most part, youre just missing a few features. The obstacle avoidance is nice but if youre flying inside, don’t use obstacle avoidance in small spaces, or you’ll end up replacing propellers. The Mini 3 flys just as fast as 4 and they have the same camera. Just no 100fps 4k slow motion, or d-log 10 bit

Neo...I had NEO and sold it after few days...horrible battery lasting and camera as well. M4P is like day & night.

Dji is not getting the mini right no matter how they try. Autel,holystone,Exo etc. Are putting out the best mini and mid range drones now.

It all boils down to Which company can get the most products in customers hands quicker. DJI is the lead right now. The other drone companies may have better products but they have to come up something new with that can make them on par or surpass DJI.
