The point where the camera clips onto the motherboard gets very hot. As much as my finger can't stand it. I guess it's not normal. And the gimbal sometimes makes a grinding noise in some places. There are explanations for all this.?

Crash maybe one or all motors are not working or camera signal not there you will get gimbal motor stuck sometimes

If your gimbal can't move, your error is gimbal stuck and your camera not shown.. but check your cable connector is plug to gimbal component or not..

I have same problem, i crash with my drone, and not work the gimball just a very little move. What do you think its enough just buy a cable? Mechanism work well, i check all connector and i re connect but didnt work. I dont really want buy new gimbal or send to service both very expansive story... ( dji mini 3 )

I have the same problem. I think this is one solution to change the PTZ cable. If it doesn’t work, then maybe we need to change the full gimbal module

any idea gimbal calibration error code is 1D020001. minor crash, no visible damage. the gimbal does not shoot at all.

It is not possible for me to give a definitive answer. Contact DJI Support.

If gimbal stuck and your all motor component is still old componen, maybe your cable is broken or maybe your gimbal pitch motor is dirty or broken. That can't fix with calibration software.

Check your pitch motor. Maybe your pitch motor is dirty or maybe your motor is broken. or maybe the cable connector is not plug properly
