This is pushing it. I am leaving on the 25th NZT for a trip. I wanted it released by then so I can see which one I will get the gopro 13 or this one. May be out of time and just need to get the gopro.

Hey @raynaramsay ! Thanks for your comment! If that date is correct you may be pushing it to get it in time. Here in Oz it was about a week between GP13 release and it appearing in the shops. The GP13 is still a fine camera, just make sure you grab an extra battery or two and have a decent SD card and you will have a lot of fun with it. Where are you travelling to ?

I don't think the Osmo Action 5 Pro will be decent for filming in low light. For this you need more things that Osmo Pocket 3 has: 1 inch sensor, low light mode and better stabilization which is impossible to achieve because a gimbal is unbeatable, wider aperture.

Hey mate, thanks for your comment. The pocket 3 is a pretty amazing little camera but it's main role is as a vlogging canera whereas the osmo action's main role is an action cam, so the appeal to different markets and are kind of used differently. That said it would be great to have the bigger sensor Although the sensor size will be the same as the 4 , DJI claims it to be 'all new' which sounds like it will differ in some way from the last osmo. I guess we will find out more tomorrow when it is officially released.

Came out and it's quite better at lowlights still not a bigger sensor but still improved low light
