The magnets from the ND filters are causing the gimbal head to shake that way. I put mine in with power button in and have never had this happen. Besides that great video!

You've got some yellow padding in the case which should not be there - perhaps that is why you are having that shaking issue with the gimbal head (which mine doesn't do, something wrong there). The audio from the built in mics is excellent but for voice alone, a closely placed lav mic will eliminate the room echoes. Also, it's necessary to use the right mic settings for the situation - front, front and back, or all, mono or stereo. To imitate a lav mic, for instance, use front mono.

The shaking issue is casued by the ND filter which attached on the case. i just moved it downward and it's fine right now.

I find the first fact about the power button/ putting it in reverse very interesting. What happens if its in the case or half-way in the case and you press the power? It will detect that it's in the case and not power on?

It will boot up and do the calibration and will be soon find out it can't move freely and then go to the motor protection mode. If you didn't set an automatic shutdown, it will be on.

At first I thought the audio on the Pocket 2 was awful...that all changed when I went into pro mode and turned off wind reduction...now I really like the audio like you mentioned except in certain settings - one obviously being in the wind when the lav mic wins every time...still really, really nice to have decent audio - that said there will always be those who really get into audio that would disagree...I recently busted my screen with the pocket by putting on the accessory that wraps around to have it on a GoPro style mount incorrectly. :( The pocket is cool but it's also fragile!
