Tello because of the image stabilization. Tello v2.0, add an SD card slot and 1080p, and I’ll buy it in a heartbeat.

@Mobile Video Editing : Hi, where you see that? At this point, there is a Tello EDU that’s planed for Christmas maybe, with SDK 2.0 (Software-Development-Kit for developers only). It’s possible that a full 2.0 Tello version appear on the market, but not before CES in 2019... That’s all folks.

Tello pictures are way crisper but if you just want something small to fly around MITU looked very respectable and cheaper. I’d pick the MITU. I have quadcopters to take nice video and pictures. So this would just be small fun flyer to zip around. Excellent job G.I.

Very good review. I do agree, slight edge to the tello. Never thought about it, but a 4 GB internal memory on the tello would be great. Do I see a P4 Pro vs Magic Pro2 comparison in the future?

I really like the Tello features, but I went with the Hubsan H216A. The Tello definitely has better video stability. I wish the Tello would have longer FPV range and upgrade cam to 1080p; then I'll have to get one.

i go for tello... do not use video if tello is not fully charged... and do not turn tello so fast so that the video will be stable... stability of tello is more impressive than mitu... good job!!!

Great Comparison both these drones are great did you do one on Parrot Mambo vs Tello. I was looking for picture quality I guess the Xiaomi would be better for me at my afternoon park visit's. I would definitely pick the Tello. I’ve researched both of these, and owned a Xiaomi Mi2 repeater to extend my range on an old Parrot AR 2.0. It worked quite well, and I think it would work well on the Tello.

Oh sorry, I understand. I really can't remember about the MITU because I haven't flown it in a long time. I think it was like 8-minutes or so. The Tello gets me 10-11 minutes.

What drone would you suggest as an upgrade from the Tello?

I think the DJI Mavic Mini is a good progression from the Tello. It has pretty much all of the features you'd need in a GPS drone, it's small, doesn't require registration and produces great quality video and photos. And at a reasonable price point.
