In this performance ; Abel is playing the part of a courts Jester. Jester Preformed for Royal courts to entertain them. Make them laugh. Hence the dancing around with unabandon. The spraying of champagne on the glamorous people, to me they represent perhaps Hollywood Elites or even the the secret Grammy board that’s the votes on final nominees. As a Jester, He is allowed to mock them out with out fear of punishment. The the guest are not showing their true faces cuz perhaps they are void of truth. This song is about Selena, and if you hear well after he says "oh girl" in the minute 2:03 says "Selena" but very slowly, you have to listen a few times, and they made Selena look like in the video of "Dance Again" and if you go to see the video really there's a resemblance to the girl in the hair, the earrings and in makeup.
