If you have a subscription it allows you to use unofficial hardware. Still requires you map the buttons though. The version 7 comes with a free trial, so you can test the theory out.

@@DJCombo212 better to use it with Setato. Forgot to mention the jogwheel/platter can't be mapped in rekordbox if it's not an official/supported device

Your computer may not meet the minimum requirements for the latest version. I would check the Rekordbox website.
