I've viewed hundreds upon hundreds of construction videos as a retired due to ill illness joiner/carpenter Out of all those channels i think there's 6 or 7 that I've watched week in and week out since they started D&J is one of those channels,WHY,Down to earth grafters and proper ladies and gents Any mistakes they makes,we've all made them and over the years they're very few and in between Great band of people who take time out to provide us with content for us to enjoy,laugh and be sad with them These people are letting us into their lives man If you dont like it,DON'T WATCH IT, and leave us to enjoy what keeps us entertained for hour upon hour,instead of the bore fest of tv Rant over

The fencing looks super smart, and I love the little trellis on top of the fence. It just gives it a little 'detail'. 👏🏼👍🏼 Dave: the yard and workshop are both looking smart. Another good video. The painting of the building is looking with the D&J blue is pretty smart. The clip of Dave building panels was not so good. The camera was far from the bench and we could not see how the panel was assembled. You could have mounted the camera on the shelving to look over Daves shoulder would have been a better shot. Always enjoy watching your vids gents - thx for filming & sharing. One piece of advice though and I hope you take it constructively is to put the blade guard back on that table saw @ 22:59 - seriously HSE could close you down for that as you are a commercial premises - any accidents with employees would also see you very liable. I've been in the woodworking industry for a long time. I know people do it to 'trench cut' but installing an overhead floating guard would allow you to be covered. Cheers

I was watching when they were taking out the panels between one garden and one that was a lot lower when I take them out and they are being scrapped off. I normally cut down the middle of the spars so that they come into two pieces halfway makes life so much easier and then just put the new ones in after, I just use a little circular so battery powered very good as you only need to cut three bars

Dave try source a cheap 2ft or 4ft sheet sander sand your whole gate in one pass ,you should put up a cheap noise/sound meter in your workshop I did it years ago you could believe the danger levels it reached with everything running ,especially the constant popping of nail guns on our ears even with earplugs ,great quality goods been produced by d&j ,lads do me a favour strap that block grab to the racking seen one fall one time after a forklift tipped the racking the roll cage saved a life
