Sorry about Bernie taking a fall. Hopefully she recovers quickly and fully. 🙏🏻 Poor Jordan. He has had a bit of bad luck with fires and cracks. But no one got hurt or damage to someone’s property. Just hurts Dave in the pockets. But that new equipment will help to make up for it in a jiffy. Man, when it gets all set up and running it will be Spectacular. Conveyer and all. Stevie, the block work is beautiful. Admire your patience and knowing when you might need advice. ❤ Just want to say when Jordan smiles I catch my breath. What an episode -- too much to talk about -- first sympathies to Bernie, hope she isn't in too much pain. That new excavator makes short work of the waste bays, looks massive, but sure does get through it all. I was thinking that looks way too big, but seems ideal for that. Stevie smashing the blocks as always, I like that he says he's going to check with Dad for ideas. For me that shows a real awareness in that the final outcome is what is important. He knows he can do whatever he wants and it will be ok, but wants to just check with Dad in case there is a better way that will make the job just that little bit better. I always say, i'd rather a colleague who stops and questions than an arrogant one that just blunders on and has no awareness... awesome video. Sunday highlight as always.

I've found automatic transmission fluid and acetone make for the best track lube when they're stuck. The tolerances are tight a little rust wreaks havoc. They'll lay down the more you use it.

Oh Bernie I know exactly how you feel. 41 days ago I did the exact same thing. Two tips. Keep moving your arm per the exercises. But at the beginning move your hand clench uncleach.. Take your arm out of the sling just to move position. The other tip is to take tabs four hourly or 8 times in the day. After the first week I just took much less I should have been doing it regularly... I would have not maybe experienced the pain in my hand and arm and bicep as much. It's my right shoulder and I'm right handed to. I've a disabled hubby to look after so I've pushed myself. The hardest thing is not thinking about falling all the time. Just keep moving it as much as you can and do hydrotherapy. I'm also doing reiki. Put yourself first. The business will survive without you. I'm 64 so you should heal much faster. Doc told me smoking (I don't) diebetas (I have it) and ibrufen can slow thins down. I've been using heatable gel packs as parts of my arm feel so cold and it helps. Little and often with the exercises. Huggs. X
