It's clear to me, those that are supposedly investigating these events and claiming there was no wrong doing are also accountable! As they are also racist and a-party to the systems operating as racists! Make them lose their jobs, face consequences like… fines or law suits. If it’s not a ‘full circle’ of consequences than these events will continue!!

The best way to hold police accountable is to vote but unfortunately we can't get brothers or sisters to care enough to show up at the polls in Mass numbers. Power to vote for district attorneys for judges for mayors that can fire police Chiefs and in my county we have the power to pick our sheriff through an election. Yet sisters and brothers don't care to show up to the polls.

In order for policing and justice to be fair and equal, there has to be federal department created that oversees the hiring, training and regulation of every law enforcement agency. This department has to be headed by non-law enforcement people in order to keep law enforcement equal and just. They have proven that law enforcement can’t be relied on to police themselves.

#IamAfrica SAfrica youth are more disadvantaged in labour market in 1st quarter 2022, unemployment rate was 63,9% for those aged 15-24 & 42,1% for those aged 25-34 years, while the current official national rate stands at 34,5%. #Mzansi Year-on-year, the unemployment rate among young graduates (aged 15-24 years) declined from 40,3% to 32,6%, while it increased by 6,9 percentage points to 22,4% for those aged 25-34 years in Q1: 2022. #EqualRights SAfrica has over 10 million young people aged 15-24 yrs, only 2,5 million were in the labour force, either employed or unemployed. #WomensRights The largest share (7,7 million / 75,1 %) of this group of young people are those that are out of labour force (i.e. inactive). #BlackGirlMagic The main reason being discouragement, i.e. they lost hope of finding a job that suits their skills / location of residence #NoJusticeNoPeace 37,0% of this group were disengaged from the labour market in South Africa. These are regarded as youth not in employment, education or training (NEET #BlackExcellence A large share of these (NEET) young people are discouraged. There has been an increase in the NEET rate for both males and females. The gap, however, has decreased significantly between them year-on-year. #LetsGetFree Participation in employment, education or training is important for youth to find employment and achieve self-sufficiency. High unemployment rates in a number of countries have hit youth hard. This has resulted in many young people being unable to find work or withdrawing from the labour market entirely, becoming “inactive”1. South African youth are no exception. #BringBackOurGirls 2022 SAfrican National Budget incl R5,2 BILL in tax relief to support economic recovery, many more incentives are essential to tackle youth employment /related issues of youth www.youtube.com/watch?v=Qb WCQTfStCs

Good question. I look at it from a government point of view since it's governments around the world that dictate the behavior of their citizens. Social conditioning stems from family upbringing and government laws. If the police kill a Black teenager while walking through his neighborhood, or approaching his vehicle note that the police officer is a local, State, or Federal employee. He works under the Mayor, or Governor. This leads me to question which political party these Mayors, and Governors represent. If it's the Democrat Party why am I supporting a Democrat Mayor? Why do I vote for a Democrat DA or Judge? Are they really the party for the middle class or the same ole segregationist party with Black and Brown faces speaking the same language as the old White Dixiecrat bk in the 1960's? #questions

LETTER TO WHITE AMERICA Of particular interest to: Tucker Carlson, Laura Ingram, Mitch McConnell, Paul Ryan, William Barr, Clarence Thomas, John Roberts, Kevin McCarthy, Josh Hawley, Ron DeSantis, Ted Cruz, Brian Kemp, Greg Abbott, Doug Ducey, Harris Faulkner, Jim Jordan, Joe Manchin, Tim Scott, Candace Owens, Christopher Rufo, Ron Johnson, Condoleezza Rice, Russ Vought, Carmel, Indiana H.S. parents, Yulee High School administrators, Dan Patrick, Chuck Grassley, Glenn Youngkin, Jim Murphy, Jim Banks, Davis School District, Framington, Utah, Charlie Kirk, Mike Braun, Jim Banks, Amy Coney Barrett, Ben Shapiro, Andy Biggs, Sage Steele, Mom’s for Liberty, Sullivan School Board, TN Four hundred years with your foot on the necks of black people. Twenty generations of slavery, lynching, sharecropping, old Jim Crow, new Jim Crow, civil rights denial, discrimination, bigotry, and prejudice. But somehow in 2022 blacks are responsible for YOUR plight in life, even though you are economically much more advantaged economically than blacks, by design. According to Forbes, in 2016 the median net worth of white America was $171,000 vs $17,150 for blacks. In 2017, according to the Boston Globe, backed by research from The Federal Reserve Bank of Boston, Duke University, and the New School, the median net worth of African Americans in Boston was $8. The median net worth of whites in Boston was $247,500. Let that sink in for a moment. This gap has been growing and will continue to widen. It has been over 400 years! You have generational wealth built from you separating our ancestors, raping black women, breaking black backs, scorching black arms, cramping black fingers, historically torturing blacks. You politically gerrymander and water down black votes. You voter purge, enact voter suppression, and practice zip code discrimination. Regarding economic development, you have suppressed job opportunities and home appraisals in black neighborhoods; the latter amounting to $156 billion in lost equity and denying generational wealth transfer. You also promulgate police brutality even when videotaped. You continue promoting cultural wars by deliberately promoting fear mongering regarding great replacement theory and deceit regarding critical race theory. You discriminate against black farmers, who are unable to get loans nor qualify for financial assistance, therefore leading to the loss of millions of acres of land and nearly the demise of the black farmer. According to the USDA, of all private U.S. agricultural land, whites comprise 96 percent of the owners, 97 percent of the value, and 98 percent of the acres. By your political and economic design, blacks have inferior neighborhoods, inferior schools, lack of access to healthcare, higher unemployment, low wage jobs, endure social injustice and mass incarceration. Please do not forget to include redlining and redistricting, with coexistent white flight and gentrification. You were born on third base. Your skin color gives YOU the benefit of the doubt. First in line. First opportunity. First hired. Last fired. Also, race norming and the horrific impact of implicit bias. Institutionalized racism is inculcated into the fabric of our lives. But somehow and for some reason, you STILL want to malign and persecute blacks. Why? You cannot blame it on your forefathers because these inhumane tactics are still going on today. Tell me WHY your atrocities? WHY your hatred? Why are you against black people? WHY? Please spare blacks your sadness, sorrow, and sympathy. No need for apologies. Just an explanation. 1. DH, it’s the bases of all policemen and departments a cross America, the view of all Black people is that LEO on a local level view you as a animal! That has not changed since slavery. The only way it will change is to have Black people police ourselves throughout the country by demanding a Black police force in every major city! As a matter of fact have White policemen serve their own area and Hispanics,Asians too! Secondly demand “Salt & Pepper teams” ( One white officer and one Black officer ) The whole concept of policemen in every state and city in the USA was created via “Slave Patrols”

In fifty years of driving while black, the only police who have disrespected me have been black officers. So, that's not necessarily a cure for the problem. And police sometimes do some pretty heinous things to whites as well. In Dallas, a white trucking executive Tony Timba was killed by police in the same way as George Floyd. They mocked him while he died, and then even mocked him when they discovered they'd killed him. And Timba had been the one who had dialed 911 to get their help. They've never been prosecuted. There is a big problem in general in police forces.
