DL22XSN & BK14EFZ M60 Jct 18 Simister Island both crossing solid whites / hatchings

First of all DL22XSN can’t wait in traffic so crosses the solid whites / hatchings then less than 30 seconds later BK14EFZ also cuts across when only a few seconds later they could have joined the motorway legally 🤷‍♂️

Highway Code rule 130, if there are hatched markings or chevron markings bordered by a solid white line you must not enter the area unless it’s an emergency.
