Great Stuff!!! Thank You for clearly explaining the implications when there is an overactivity or under activity present, pure gold for all therapists in relation to clinical reasoning & treatment intervention.

Thank you! This confirms long, at home research of my posture problems. Everything I looked up came to scoliosis but not cause of the problem. I figured out that I swam with inconsistent pull of my left arm. I subscribed, you explained this so well. My end goal is to start swimming again, properly haha.

I just noticed that it may seem that I'm contradicting myself in this video. Clarification is on it's way @ the upcoming one. Thing is that both hamstrings and gluteal mm are tilting the pelvis backwards (posterior pelvic tilt). What I'm trying to say in this video is that with underperforming gluteal muscles hamstrings are going to compensate and assist in tilting the pelvis backwards which usually is a good thing because it counteracts typically tight ileopsoas mm and erector spinal mm group. However it usually happens only on one side and that creates shearing force between one sides and other sides Sacroiliac joints - therefore usually one sided hip pain. Bottom line: Deep Longitudinal Line system (DLL) is compensatory system which picks up the (POS) tab. DLL rarely needs strengthening since it involves typically overactive erector spinae mm group which contributes to lower cross syndrome (lumbar part). DLL strengthening might be beneficial for someone with hyperkyphotic T-spine.

Inhibit and lengthen the hip flexors and then strengthen the posterior chain.

i am confused, weak gluteus and tight erectors causes ant, tilt, but you are saying weak glute max. causes backward tilting on the ipsilateral side.
