When I was in the USN we literally got a warning to stand clear of the sea trash boats due to their appalling ship handling and maintenance. Why these MORONS would interfere with a 5800 ton DESTROYER flying a 20x40 foot US ensign I do not know. I do know that the Commander of the airgroup of the carrier gave them a little 100foot high 450 knot airshow after they interfered with an AIR CRAFT CARRIER!!!
