Ive Not Seen any Grounding Totem or Decoy Totem for Thermaplugg, isnt it necessary to avoid debuff Stacks in Phase1 and Phase2 ?

I have to use Windfury for the warrior. Phase 1 I just runaway from boss to avoid stacks and phase 2 we use fap and one of the Ele shaman is decoy totem if we need it
