no...have you ever used a double end bag? Once you learn the rhythm its fairly simple, just like a speed bag. And really, he's using this like a speedbag, throwing punches that are just simply not real punches. They are 1/2 punches, and all straight - he doesn't even incorporate hooks or uppercuts which are much harder, and make the bag less predictable. This is child's play.
@xarmsdie81152 жыл бұрын
@@AlexADalton all you is come on here to shit on Bivol 💀
@keekbackVidzHD Жыл бұрын
@@AlexADalton nah bro, you trippin. Its NOT simple. You would have to have the double end bag tight as fuck for it to be easier to hit as it would be less mobile. A normal double end bag is elusive and hard to time, ESPECIALLY when you start incorporating hooks and uppercuts.
@AlexADalton Жыл бұрын
@@keekbackVidzHD it isn't. I have had 50 different kinds of double end bags bro. Mexican, foam, air, speed models to mammoth bags...I've used every type of cable and bungee on earth. There ARE DEBs that move on a vertical and horizontal axis like thr Hyabusa but they are also easy to time once you get the hang of them and he is not using that.
@keekbackVidzHD Жыл бұрын
@@AlexADalton the fact that you said you have used 50 DIFFERENT kinds of double end bags, NEGATES your point of it being easy. Of course it would be "easy for you" as you have been most likely boxing/training for over 6+ years, or at the very least been hitting double end bags for a long time, giving the fact that you said you have used 50 different double end bags. which is ALOT. So you have had enough time to master the timing of the bag. You saying hitting the double end bag effectively is ""easy", is as dumb as a professional swimmer saying swimming is easy, just cuz he can do it proficiently.

You can wear gloves or not. I like the wear gloves for the double end bag because you want to get used to throwing fast, fluid combos with the weight and air resistance of your sparring gloves. Plus, you want to be able to miss without throwing yourself off balance again with the little added weight of gloves on your hands

Fact Check - completely false to describe this as "accuracy". The double-end bag has nothing to do with accuracy. Watch his hands - they hit at the exact same point with every shot. The bag always returns to the center where you strike. This bag is about *timing*, not accuracy.
