What I saw from bivol was: his feet went in and out following his opponent, his hands always hit every gap. and he did it at the same time. Defense, distance, head movement and punches moving at the same time, really a complete fighter, I like that👑🥊

Beterbiev is training hard at a high level since 25 years every days. John iceman scully said 2 days after, he fought joe smith, he was at the gym at 7 am. he trained like if he has a fight in 2 weeks... a pure machine with spartiate life style. Nobody else do or did that....

​@@odellsilva345Ask to Pascal who was in the gym with beterbiev for years said he is a machine. Ask also to Mbilli who has the same trainer than beterbiev said. Listen John Iceman Scully what beterbiev do in the gym and the frequencies. He trains boxers for decades and he never see this. Just the warm up of beterbiev is a gym session. 1-2 days after a fight, he returns in the gym like if he has a fight in 2 weeks

More boxers do that than you think. That's probably the bare minimum to even becoming a B class fighter. The best results come when a dedicated fighter like that meets the right team and right management
