watch his full warmup before 200kg pause snatch, squat university must not have klokov has no inflexibility anywhere in his frame. the real issues, which squat university must not have been informed of, were his right shoulder injury while attempting to jerk 265-270kg from rack supposedly to best his fathers highest lift, earlier in his career in training and permanently injuring it. his right leg is also the one which is bowlegged. unsure how a lat would be the actual cause for an overhead imbalance in the top lifter of all time

Why is he always twisting clockwise when the barbell is overhead? :o
@xhalexj6 жыл бұрын
Probably a small muscle imbalance that causes him to push harder with one side versus the other. As far as I can tell, it's probably a shoulder thing where his left shoulder is stronger than his right, causing him to "fail" more towards the right side. It could also be his torso just faces a certain direction (aka twisted spine). Bunch of factors that go into play to make that happen. Also wanted to add that it could be because of his split when he jerks. Since he splits with his left side forward, he might just generate more force on the left side when he brings his feet together.
@alexanderangelkov86546 жыл бұрын
eamh2002 one of his legs is a bit shorter than the other
@brentb43736 жыл бұрын
He injured his shoulder really bad once a long time ago. He missed a lift and the weight fell behind him while wearing straps and the straps got stuck. He said that the weight has twisted around like that ever since.
@Kohl13126 жыл бұрын
Wrong wrong wrong... It's cause his balls hang to the right
@T12J76 жыл бұрын
The real reason is the torsion from taking a step with his left foot at the end of the lift. As you can see, he takes a step with his left foot when he does the last push to over head, that will cause torsion to his body which is carried over to the bar, and it starts to rotate.
