It's actually easy to that with an empty bar if your shoulders and rotator cuff muscles are strong and you practice this everyday you'll eventually be able to do it with weights. Yes you're not klokov but you definitely can do it.

I do these with heavy (for me) kettlebells all the time. Your off leg becomes a kind of support because (esp in the case of the 1arm barbell snatch) the fulcrum is stacked above the shoulder, hip, and foot, even though your starting position is centerline. This is an awesome movement pattern but I would recommend competition kettlebells to train it most of the time. You obviously are going to take your oly bar for a spin once you reach the 40 kg kettlebell. At 48 kg, your “kettlebell power squat snatch” progression is basically over, though, but getting there is not easy.

@@MajesticSkywhale for me squatting deep with extended arms is hard, I can do Behind the neck presses perfectly, front presses too, Front, Back, High Bar and Low Bar both ofc starting light and doing overhead squats for reps and snatches helps a lot, thats what I am doing, beside the usual pull ups, dips, overhead presses, one leg squats, power cleans, push presses, bent over rows
