okay! right away felt powerful vibrations, wasn't sure at first but just relaxed for a bit, started looking at the comments. So many different responses to it. Saw someone had put an opal on their third eye so I did that too and the effect was enhanced by about 50%. Very deep sleep-like breathing, powerful physical response. I always play frequencies when I get horrible neighbours making disturbances with behaviours or noise. Mostly I play brown noise but today I found this. Very interesting. I quite like it. I know sound can subtly influence behaviours. At least I hope it does. It works best when they don’t know what it is and is not too loud so the emphases is on them straining to make out what the sound is. I can picture them. WTF is that? So this is very interesting! It took me a while to get settled in, reading comments. Note before beginning evacuate your bladder! You don't want to walk after getting settled in. I felt at first like I was going to lift off the bed. However, my muscles began to twitch in my arms. Then, I felt my belly muscle tighten and then release my bladder began to spaz as was another organ just under my right rib. I also felt like I could toss cookies at certain points. It's like it repeated a cycle several times. I did have to get up somewhere in the middle to let my bladder out. I was dizzy, and when I looked around, I saw layers of space, not just empty space, like if I reached out, I would feel the lines between the space with the tips of my fingers. Now, the spaz out in my belly could've been due to diabetes fatty liver or kidney infections, also trying to take out toxins! Maybe that's why I felt nauseous throughout listening. I didn't go anywhere for insane amounts of time or leave my body. It was more of a clean-up for me and I'm not complaining! I will definitely use this again to see if I get the same experience maybe I will get that lift off I talked about in the beginning that would be awesome and scary at the same time!
