This is a real mystery how videos such as this one remain so unpopular. This is the best explanation of DNA replication you can find on earth.

yeah, imagine trying to learn this stuff back in the day by walking to the library and picking up a book that maybe has a few images.

Best on earth? It's certainly excellent, but I think this one is even a tad better: kzbin.info/www/bejne/iqjIc4KbaKmfnLs

I'm crying...because I finally understand DNA replication. First year learning this process and I'm glad I found this video!

Best DNA replication video on youtube. Could you please change the settings to allow community contributions so I can add subtitles? Thanks!

I learned the DNA Polymerase 1 eliminate RNA primer in 3to 5direction and elongates in 5to 3 direction. Can u explain how the DNA polymerase function in detail?
@tanyongboon10827 жыл бұрын
Isn't it RNAse H that is supposed to degrade the RNA primers? The video mentions that DNA Polymerase I carries out that function.
@dr.akashsengupta6446 жыл бұрын
they meant that DNA polymerase 1 synthesizes the DNA after RNAase H has degraded the primer RNA from Okazakis fragments...
