About 42 or so years ago, I walked home from school a time or two with a Ukrainian (known as "the Ukraine" back then) exchange student. Shame on me, I only really started to learn more about Ukraine after Feb. '22.

I used to go ice fishing there when it was frozen over the winter time. The fish were little but we all Drank a little and enjoyed ourself😊

I hope to come to Kyiv after the war. My ancestors were from Bukovina on the ancient border between Ukraine and Romania, now the city of Chernivtal, Ukraine north and west of Moldova. I hope to come to my ancient city soon. Thank you Anna for showing us Ukraine and it's beauty.

I was the last 3 weeks in Kyiv and found not a single destroyed building. As a normal tourist you have no chance to see any destroyd building but of course you hear often the air rsid alert. But nobody cares about it anymore.

I live in the Kyiv Oblast and love going into the centre of the city. I think that it is safe enough for anyone who wants to visit Kyiv, they should. I think that it's a good way for people to show their support for Ukkraine.

Anna reminds us of the beauty of Europe's east. Our grand parents knew of these wonders but Stalin and soviet bigotry obscured them in the post war years. I never thought that I would ever want to visit Ukraine but now I am. What a beautiful city Kyiv is and not only Kyiv. All cities are colourful blended into the blue rivers and beautiful nature. My heart brakes when I saw Mariupol before and after and of course Bakhmut. Diakuyu Anna and lets hope this year we will celebrate the victory day. 💛💙💛💙💛💙

I swam in the Dnipro at Hydropark everyday when I was there in 2019! Loved it! Metro from Maidan to Hydropark. Also visited the freedom bridge ❤❤❤. The glass floors were under construction tho

It's difficult to watch this vid and imagining that it's a country at war. Yes, rivers were the unpolluted highways of the past, and also source of fish and fresh water of course. It looks majestic!

I like to sail. I'd love to sail through the heartland of Ukraine. I wouldn't know when it would be safe for me because I'm allergic to cold weather but it looks like I could survive a summer cruise. I hope next summer the orcs will be gone. I think I might be allergic to them too. Thank you Anna for your dedication to democracy and freedom.
