I just have to say again - I am so jealous that you two are getting to see this show for the very first time. It really is my favorite show of all time at this point and watching you guys get to enjoy it for the first time is almost like seeing it all new again. There are so many points you are going to hit that I cannot wait to see/hear your reactions on!

The curryhouse scene is still one of my favourites in the whole show. So much meaningful dialogue about both Ted and Trent packed into a 2min clip all while juxtaposed against their struggles with the curry.

Yeah, this is a great series for bingeing! We binged the first two seasons, then we had to wait months for the 3rd season to come out. Love re-living this series via reactions. Perfect writing, acting, editing. Clever music choices, references, and call-backs -- some of which will be lost on viewers, depending on age, cultural background, and attention to subtle details! All of that is what makes this show so re-watchable!

I always like watching others getting introduced and engaging in the same joy that I get from similar stuff. When I first watched Ted Lasso, I thought "this is going to be one of those 'dumb" American laugh at me..." but this show gets the humor and heart perfectly throughout. I'm glad you guys are starting this journey....enjoy it while it lasts...3 seasons go quickly.

The reason for the topless scene is for Rebecca realizing that she is doing to Keeley what paparazzo have done to her. Keeley was commiserating with another woman about being harassed by the media just for being women.

American footy fan checking in. Watched this one with some non-football buddies in the room..when Roy headbutted Jamie, they freaked. But we who love the game laughed. I said, "..I guess they can't stop it * off * the pitch!" The non-fans were horrified. Had to stop playback and explain the 'tradition'. As the series continued, I finally just let someone who didn't know the game have the remote, so that they could stop and ask what the football fans in the room were laughing about. Growing the game over here, I guess - a couple of folks asked to tag along with my girlfriend & I to an MLS game. They love it now.

It's well acclaimed over here, although limited in popularity by being on Apple+. However, some of the instances to do with football and how a club would be run are widely fantastical and some football fans can't look past it. I know one German reactor dropped it because he "couldn't take it seriously" with the depiction of football in the show. Ironically he loved Arrested Development and Curb Your Enthusiasm because they are oh so realistic. I mean how often does media truthfully reflect professions and life? Ultimately, the show uses football as the springboard for exploration of other topics. Football is a sideshow really.

If you can’t separate art from real life then I don’t know what to tell you 😂 I’ve lived and breathed European football all my life and even I know that the way the club is ran is utterly ridiculous, but that adds to the humour and greatness of the show! How some couldn’t look past that is beyond me. I’m glad you’re here enjoying it with us!

@@DNReacts oh man ok I'm sold then I'll sign up for a couple months on patron. You got me. Yeah in America we really love British culture so it's cool to get brit culture that isn't cartoonish like perky blinders and snatch or weird like downtown abbey. The original office was great in that way. I find myself using fair play and toot my own trumpet alot. Not gonna lie though alot of them just will never sound right to me. Like "right up my street" in the states we say "right up my alley" or "toot my own trumpet" we say "toot my own horn" Would you guys mind if I requested a few things? I know you don't do music. But if you do consider reacting to any music I can't recommend Ren highly enough. He's an independent artist from brighton England who currently has the number 1 album in the UK. His song Hi Ren is incredible a seminal work of art for this generation. It's got over 15milion views in about a year and everyone who reacts to it immediately gets 15k + views and lots of new subs. Also Ren doesn't copyright strike so you're good on that front. If you do Hi Ren and enjoy it then littleraly pick any song you want after that but his retake of bittersweet symphony is all about being british and so good the bass player from verve sent him a gifted bass guitar 🎸. Disturbed- sound of silence James blunt- monsters. If you are human and have a parent or anyone you love this song is brilliant. As for sports I still highly recommend baldy breakdowns. His breakdowns are short and too the point. Not slow and boring like the other breakdown videos you guys have done. He focuses on one player and goes through some game highlights and orchestrates what is going on to really help people understand the game Baldy Breakdowns by Brian Baldinger REMEMBER THE TITIANS- DISNEY MOVIE about a highschool football team. you guys may have done it I'm not sure. Some older college football games would be great for you to react to in the off-season. Penn State-USC ROSE BOWL 2017 Auburn- Alabama iron bowl 2015 Penn State- Ohio State 2005 And then lastly would be boxing Mickey Ward Vs Arturo Gatti. The trilogy. The best boxing match in history and it doesn't get nearly enough love as it should. Thanks guys
