As a 1300 (on a good day) the hardest part is not blundering. Generally I have a good understanding of chess and can build good positions just often throw it away with 1. Or 2 bad moves.

I'm 1200 and when I play 1300s they never blunder. Or if they do its in some way that I can't see but the computer makes me feel dumb when i look. Saying that I keep getting past 1200 then going back to 1100 then back again like a yoyo. Sometimes makes me just wanna stop playing but I'm too addicted to stop playing lol

@@scottc2076 yeah im like 1500 now. i still blunder too, but just not as often and when i do blunder it isnt usually that bad of a blunder. My commemt was 11 months ago obviously now i do see the blunders 1200s 1300s make in their games. I hit 1500 and stopped playing though because i'm too busy right now to play much. Hopefully i can start playing again at some point when im not busy and go for 1700 if thats possible i dunno but i have beat the 2000 bots a lot so maybe i could do it if i studied it

About the "civil war" in South Africa: Luckily it's not an actual civil war. But Hikaru is right that it is about our former president. He has finally been found guilty for one of the many offences he's being trialed for, so he's been sentenced for 15 months(not totally sure about the length of the sentence) in prison for undermining the court. His followers were not happy, so they started looting and vandalizing businesses in a few provinces up north and it turned violent. Cost the country billions of rands. Luckily it is over now and as far as I'm aware, the government is busy finding the instigators and arresting them. (I am South African btw)
