I guess that would be confusing to me. Atheism is just a lack of belief. Are you referring to ' do all atheists think the same' when it comes to religion, or other areas as well? When it comes to religion, i think that is pretty easy... we do not believe in a God, simply because there is no proof that a God exists... so every Atheist will agree with that.. but when it comes to any other subjects we are going to be, as expected, " all over the map"

@@space.404 Can you clarify what you mean by " all the spectrums"? There is no spectrum when it comes to Atheism, we just don't think there is a God, simply because there is no proof that one exists. Transition means to move from one state to another so if you don't change anything or aren't changing to a defined state ie. male to female you aren't trans simple as. Are "non-binary" people invalid in their experience? No but it's not the same as being transsexual and people should stop trying to piggy back their pet project minority's issues on the flavour of the month sacred cow because all it does is muddy the water.

It’s a phase most likely. Don’t let social media fool you. Regardless of anything... know you are perfect just how you were born. You are a miracle of life. Don’t do anything you will regret later. At your phase is normal to feel confused. You are only 14/15 years. You know in 10 years you will look back at things that made you upset and you literally laugh at it- it becomes meaningless and silly. By 25 is when your brain is fully developed. Don’t rush into things. If by then you still feel the way you feel then you can take the next steps . I hope you are under counseling. And that’s helping you to navigate through your emotions

@Griffin Chalem I know its generally true, but when someone's son likes make up and their parents say "No you can't do this its for girls" it makes them feel like they aren't right which is the point I am trying to make. @@edt973nj on that subject you will need more than just a simple non argumented affirmation to be seen as something else than a troll. scientifically transidentity isn't a illness. nut we lake studies and more importantly reliable sudies, the political context destroy the objectivity of the sudies on both side, for now the fex somwhat reliable studies don't classify transidentity as a illness. maybe it is, maybe it isn't. to know if it's the case or not ou need to learn about scientific methodology, how to run an experiment properly avoiding every exterior factor non relevent to the study (and that's hard, you need to creat a really precise contexte) find a reprensentative population (this depend of the total population, but the margin of error calculated at the end must be in the 0.001 - 0.002 range maximum, if it's not the case the study is far less reliable) finding enought people is often hard, espacially in the case of the study of a minority. then after the study you need to analyse the result objectivly and draw a conclusion objectively too. then for the sudy to be verified you need to writte every steps of your method precisly so that someone can do the same experiment again and check the results, if the results are check multiple time and stay right, then it's right scientifically, wich means "right with the technologies and studies of today, right until proven false by other studies and technologies". if you're able to prove you've done this or someone else did it and proved the statement you did, then ok. if it's not the case, please don't make false statement and just put "i think" before your statement because it's a personal belief and not a truth. if someone tell you "tansgender perople arn't mentally ill" then technically they're in the scientific truth, but as i said earlyer, those studies aren't really reliable because of the political contexte so you can ask the people who make this statement to use "I think" explaining why if needed. you can think scientifically and choose to believe in nothing and only look for the truth and in that case use the words "I know" or "I don't know" or making statement as truth like you did but if you doesn't have the informations and don't want to do those studies and spend decades working on those subject, you should use "I think" like most people should do.

I feel bad that trans people have to watch their backs for fear of being attacked just for being trans. I might be a christian but Jesus taught us to love everyone, and it's not right that trans people face descrimination for being trans.

Agree very much with you. I think that people that deserves a punishment or discrimination should deserve it because of their actions, not because they're gay or trans or bi or all of the others. Whether it be trans, bi, gay or all the others, we're all still people and made by the same God

I’m athiest but even before back when I was Christian anytime I would meet a Christian homophobe who would try and use the Bible to justify homophobia I was like like, “dude you realize that the Bible is literally like love everyone right?”

I am confused. If trans people don't agree with "gender roles" so much and "masculine/feminine" so much, how come they spend so much energy trying to "transition" if these stereotypes are non existent? isn't the act of trans gendering solidifying the two genders and not leaving room for personal expression of a masculine woman visa versa?

Transition doesn't only mean to change clothes. Transition usually means to take hormones and undergo surgeries.

Right. They’re completely against gender roles but try so hard to assimilate to the other gender 🤦🏻‍♀️ so either way they are wanting and accepting of the genders unless you completely disown it.

Because they are trying their best to operate in a system that still relies on gender roles. You are more likely to be recognized as a woman when you wear makeup, have long hair, wear feminine clothes, etc.

@Mr Meme the system does rely on gender roles, can you really say that you'd see a guy wearing heels, make up and a skirt and can you be sure that the guy won't get harassed? Would you be sure of that? No, right?
