Trying this excercise for about 25 days Current natural waist id 27 inch Waist (hip hip) 31 Hip 34 inch And weight 49 kg Day 1: ooh good but still some pain in thigh Day 2: feeling good but did this with other excercise Day 3: feel much better but not too much change Day 4: too much easy and i see change (Like for update)

@jasmeenkaur5400 Yes! If you just do this, change will be slow, so keep going. I see good changes in myself by walking daily and doing some other simple exercises. I want to continue these for a few more weeks so that the changes are fully noticeable.

starting this to burn thigh and hip fat @21 feb day1: 2 sets day2: 2 sets day3: 2 sets day4: 1 set (reduced to 1 set as i'm doing other workouts too... its too hard to do 2 sets) will keep you updated and use this to keep a track of how much i do ✌

I am starting from today! 2 feb 2025 i.e sunday My target is to loose inches of belly and thigh I will write my journey for 30 days as i believe at least 30 days required to see results i will update daily morning on this comment section you guys keep liking the comment to give me a reminder although i hope i will do it by myself regularly... Soooo letsss startt🎉 Belly : 36 inches Thigh : 21 inches 2 feb 2025 ; it's not easy but i am excited♥️ DONE✅ I BELEIVE I WILL DO IT TOMORROW FOR SURE!! 3 feb 2025 : it's harder than yesterday as i was experiencing pain throughout night like my legs were unable to move but i didn't give up i have to make a gud figure so yeah i am done for today also❤ and am happy and appreciate myself for this achievement hope for remaining 28 days journey with same joshh🎉
