Today I started this exercise 👍 Let me see for few days Day 1✅16-08-24 sweating Day 2✅17-08-24 sweating Day 3✅18-08-24 pains in the legs and belly area 👍 I had did it for a week 👍🏻 I got the result 👍🏻will continue for a month ✨ Amazing 😍

Day 1 exercise finish 4.06 pm from தமிழ்நாடு ❤️🎉 I am lovely to say i am in82 after 3 day 81 i lost 1 kg i am doing this exercises with diet per day I'll take 1500 calories food (jeera hot water with one spoon lemen juice) before go to sleep its work i want see my weigh at 60 🫶🏻🫶🏻🫶🏻🫶🏻🫶🏻🫶🏻 waiting to wear my old dress 💞💞💞
