My posture was literally sh*t to begin with and I spend a lot of time of my day sitting or lying with rounded shoulders… I‘m making progress with my posture thanks to this workout! Trying to be consistent with this… you can do it! I hope that if you see that it can be done consistently and results show, you stay tuned working out. :) Day 1 ✅ - Done. Day 2 ✅ - thanks for reminding me! 😊 My back feels straighter and relaxed after todays workout. Day 3 ✅ - Doing the workout was fun today. I don‘t see a difference yet, tho. Day 4 ✅ - I had such a big tension in my back today and doing this workout it was constantly cracking. :D It feels so much better now. Still slouching, will see if my posture is slightly better tomorrow… Day 5 ✅ - Done. Feel like I‘m building a few muscles in the back. Day 6 ✅ - Done. I have a harder time slouching now, think I have more strength in my upper back muscles now. Not much more, but it has slightly improved already. Day 7 ✅ - Done. Day 8 ✅ - Done. I had a very stressy day today and the workout was a relief. Keeping my back straight feels easier now. Day 9 ✅ - Done. I was sooo exhausted but somehow managed to do it anyways. You can do it! 💪 Day 10 ✅ - Done! Day 11 ✅ - Done. Stay hydrated also! Day 12 ✅ - Done :) Day 13 ✅ - My shoulder region looks so much better now and my back is straighter and I have less back pain. Day 14 ✅ - Done early in the morning before breakfast. Day 15 ✅ - Done. Felt a bit sore today. Day 16 ✅ - Done. Day 17 ✅ - Completed the workout. Day 18 ✅ - Done. Day 19 ✅ - Had a headache but got this done somehow anyway. You can do it! 💪 Day 20 ✅ - Done Day 21 ✅ - 21 days consistency can form a habit. And it totally feels like one already. My shoulders are not rounded anymore, too! Day 22 ✅ In relation to before I started this… My posture looks way more ‚elegant‘ now as I am sitting and walking with straight(er) back and not hanging rounded shoulders. Day 23 ✅ - Done. Day 24 ✅ - Done. If I can do it, you can do it! Day 25 ✅ - Dooone. Give it a try, it really helps! Day 26 ✅ - After a long day this feels like heaven for my spine, idk. During the day I can hold good posture well, but it‘s definitely still a challenge. So it‘s best if you stay consistent with working out. Day 27 ✅ - Done. Stay hydrated! Day 28 ✅ Day 29 ✅ Day 30 ✅ Day 31 ✅ Day 32 ✅ Day 33 ✅ Day 34 ✅ Day 35 ✅ Day 36 ✅ Day 37 ✅ Day 38 ✅ Day 39 ✅ Day 40 ✅ Day 41 ✅ Day 42 ✅ Day 43 ✅ Day 44 ✅ Day 45 ✅ Day 46 ✅ Day 47 ✅ Day 48 ✅ Day 49 ✅ Today I am free of back pain, I walk with a straight back now and if I‘m wearing a bag it‘s no longer sliding from my shoulders! What a relief haha I absolutely hated that. Now I can walk my groceries home in peace and feel good. 💕✨ Day 50 ✅ Day 51 ✅ In the beginning I had difficulties reaching my fingers together when doing exercise 12 on one side. Now I can reach the second finger joint on both sides. Think my back/arm mobility increased a lot! Day 52 ✅ Day 53 ✅ Day 54 ✅ I can‘t imagine my life without this workout anymore. I used to have back pain for years and it‘s all gone. I feel like a new human - I feel free to do whatever I want. That sounds a bit overtop, but I am sooo glad I gave this a try actually. It changed my life haha Day 55 ✅ Day 56 ✅ Bit of a weird story, but I was at a hair salon today and in the past they had to correct my posture every. time. This time it was the first time I heard no complains. :D I blame it on the back posture workout. Like, give it a try maybe! ✨ Day 57 ✅ Done. Day 58 ✅ After a long day this is the thing to revitalize my back and fight pain from sitting. Day 59 ✅ Day 60 ✅ Day 61 ✅ Day 62 ✅ Day 63 ✅ Currently I struggle a lot to find time and motivation to do this workout everyday, but with a strong mindset I still fit it into my day somehow. You can do it! Day 64 ✅ Day 65 ✅ Day 65 ✅ I did a lot of other workouts today, too. But this one is a stable for me and it always a stress relief too if I do the back workout before bed. If you can get this to be a routine I am confident that it can help you find better sleep, too. I have less neck pain when I wake up in the morning when I did this the night before. 🌌 Day 66 ✅ Day 67 ✅ Day 68 ✅ Day 70 ✅ Day 71 ✅ Day 72 ✅ You can do it, too! Just start and try it for a few days! Day 73 ✅ Honestly, I was soooo tired and exhausted, but I powered through it today, too. Discipline is everything. Please note that you also need rest from time to time. Just for me this workout doesn‘t hurt if I do it anyway, so it‘s my choice. But just do what feels right for you! 🖤 Day 74 ✅ Day 75 ✅ Day 76 ✅ Day 77 ✅ Day 78 ✅ Day 79 ✅ Done! Day 80 ✅ In 80 days around the… range of motion. Day 81 ✅ Day 82 ✅ Day 83 ✅ Day 84 ✅ Done! Day 85 ✅ Day 86 ✅ Day 87 ✅ Day 88 ✅ Day 89 ✅ Day 90 ✅ Day 91 ✅ Day 92 ✅ Day 93 ✅ Tip: Keep your abs engaged while doing this workout, too. It helped me with posture. :) Day 94 ✅ Day 95 ✅ Day 96 ✅ Day 97 ✅ My boyfriend told me how amazed he is by how sleek and toned my back looks now and how it improved a lot! :) He „got my back“ I guess… The workout totally works (at least for me) and if you are consistent you can get good results, too, I think. You can do it! 🎉 Day 98 ✅ Day 99 ✅ Day 100 ✅ Finally 💯 days! If you wanna find your „best me“ nobody can stop you! 💕 Don‘t let anyone stop you. :) It‘s you against you. Day 101 ✅ Shall I continue to post? Day 102 ✅ Day 103 ✅ Day 104 ✅ Day 105 ✅ Straight back! Best it was ever before. I feel my muscles support me when I stand and I am upright with open, straight shoulders all the time now. Sometimes after sitting a long time in the train e.g. I feel that my muscles are stiff, but if I do the workout in the evening after I feel great again. Also my back is toned now - no sight of bra bulge or such. Day 106 ✅ Day 107 ✅ Day 108 ✅ Day 109 ✅ Day 110 ✅ Still going strong! You can do it! Day 111 ✅ Day 112 ✅ Day 113 ✅ Stay hydrated and get enough sleep 💕 Day 114 ✅ Day 115 ✅ Day 116 ✅ You can do it! :) Day 117 ✅ Day 118 ✅ Day 119 ✅ I was travelling by train for hours today and it did no good for my back. After todays back workout I felt instant relief. Try it. :) Day 120 ✅ Day 121 ✅ Day 122 ✅ Day 123 ✅ Day 124 ✅ Day 125 ✅ Day 126 ✅ Day 127 ✅ So, I am still impressed by the big impact me starting this workout had on my life and my body. My back is defined and straight now, I also feel how my abs stabilize me when I‘m walking, too. My arms and shoulders are toned, my collar area is defined, I don‘t have back pain anymore and a more elegant posture! It made my life better. I hope it will do the same for you. Be consistent, you can do it! 💕 Day 128 ✅ Day 129 ✅ Day 130 ✅ Day 131 ✅ Day 132 ✅ Day 133 ✅ Day 134 ✅ Day 135 ✅ Day 136 ✅ Birthday workout complete. I am officially older now, but I still have no back pain anymore thanks to this workout. :D Day 137 ✅ Trust me, this feels soo good after you‘ve sit a long time. Travelled by train today and did the workout when I got home - try it if you sit all day 💯

I'm telling yall, this girl literally saved me. Like I lost around 25-30 pounds just during summer break. I feel much happier now. I'm trying to lose more again, but just doing her workouts maybe 2-3 times a day with music on a clear head just gets the work done. I'm still only a teenager so that might be why I lost it kinder faster but I believe In all of you and hope you reach whatever goals your trying to reach.

I've been doing this workout for the past 5 days already and I can already see a huge difference!! My posture is indeed better and my back is slimmer already I will keep doing this consistently until week 2 and I'll post a second update!! Update: so it's been a little over 2 weeks that I've been doing this now and I'm fr not joking when I say my back slimmed down a lot. this workout worked great for me and I would recommend trying it.

I've been doing these for three months, 3 to 4 times a week. My upper back has completely transformed. Used to look like I literally was a hunchback, but now it has flattened and I look so much better in regards to posture and the drape of the shirts I wear. Also, I am 49, and these exercises have done wonders to increase the range of motion in my shoulders. My right shoulder used to click horribly, but after the third time doing these it stopped completely. This, along with the slim leg workout, are now my base exercises as stand-alones or combined with some of emi's harder workouts just to keep the burn going.

Hey Emi! No matter how much I thank you, not enough! Before I met you, I had scoliosis. doctor said if i don't get better i have to have surgery. I was getting worse every day, I couldn't get better and I was in constant pain.Then a my friend recommended you. I did your many sports on a regular basis. My pain was gone and these sports felt so good. It was amazing! After about a month, the people around me noticed the changes in my body. I continue to do sports regularly every day and yeah my posture improved, I was on the way to recovery . You should be proud of yourself for healing a girl. I am really grateful to you. I hope you read my comment and be happy. I love you Emi

I am really happy to hear that someone have very good results for the health I have back pains 'cause I am writer,lyricist and composer and more than 6 hours I sit before my lap top to work My posture is not so good lately and I have kyphosis of my work,I hope this will help me too.I didn't know which exercise to do but I hope this will be enough for me to improve my posture Some advice?

@@katarinajovcevska3359 You are very kind! Sorry for the late reply, I have a very busy life. I didn't get better by doing this sport just . I did other Emi Wong's sports as well. Unfortunately, exercising once a day is not enough. But if you regularly do two sports a day, you will better. By the way, me too I want to be a writer in the future. I've been looking for an exercise like this to fix my posture, I'll be checking in daily: Day 1: ✅It felt a bit sore but after the exercise my back felt so relaxed Day 2: ❌ i have summative due this week 😭 Day 3: ❌ i have summative due this week 😭 Day 4: ❌ i have summative due this week 😭 Day 5: ❌ i have summative due this week 😭 Day 6: ✅i was sweating a little bit but i think it fixed my posture just a bit :), looking forward to a more obvious result :) Day 7: ✅i was sweating and my arms were super sore, but it definitely did help even if it's just a slight change.

I’ve been doing this workout for about 2 months, I have huge results and my overall frame has shrunk drastically, my arms are no longer broad and fit my body! I can see my shoulders in my peripheral vision!! thank you!!! 🥰

I am also having scoliosis since birth. It's making my life terrible. After trying everything I had to tk shots of botox in upper back muscles to loosen them of spasm. Still not much comfortable.

Been doing this for almost 2 months. Things I’ve noticed is a change in my posture, back rolls are thinner, and my arms are slightly getting smaller. Im doing this workout along with eating healthier and lots of walking.

(forgot to make comment until now☠️) 18th june: ✅ 19th june: ✅ 20th june: ✅ 21th june: ✅ 22th june:✅ 23th june: ✅ its pretty easy now! no struggle almost 24th june: ✅ 25th june: ✅ no struggle and no pauses 26th june: ✅ no struggle at all and no pauses! posture is still kinda bad 27th june: ✅ 28th + 29th june: skipped working out due to my period 30th june: ✅ back on the grind😈 posture looks pretty good still so not doing it didnt change much! 1th july: ✅ sat down this time and it was a bit harder actually hahahaha! 13 more days until my vacation (thats when i will update all the changes) 2th july: ✅ i def dont have a neck bump anymore

Belive me or not this excersice is actuall saviour.. Guys litterly i was suffering frm back pain and shoulder pain since 2 years and this excersice is kinda painkiller. It relax my body and make it painless.... This excersice dont only give good posture and slimer back but also slim arms and reduction and pulups of boobs..please try fr sure..

She literally saved me. Sitting in a wrong position for almost all of COVID & then I was a pre teen so my bones were soft & mended that way which affected my walking style & poster really bad. Even worser, the muscle under my right shoulder blade was lifted & beside my neck & it looked really odd. My parents criticized me so much for it & I didn’t know what to do. Glad I followed this workout & fixed my posture. Consistency is the key guys! ✨

Doing this for a month with keto I really wanna have a good posture Day 1: ✅ got tired a bit though and took more pauses in between Day 2: ✅ same as day one but a bit improved Day 3: ✅ it’s getting easier, did it all no extra pauses, but I went to sleep directly after lol Day 4: ❌ sadly missed 😢 I was too tired cuz of keto and my shoulders were shivering all day Day 5: ✅ still tired cuz of keto but I decided to power through it regardless Day 6: ✅ my shoulders are shaking but this was almost a perfect set!! Decided to do another set at night, and focused on my breathing. This made such a big difference!!! Probably the easiest time yet Day 7: ✅ good set Day 8: ✅ (forgot to update, sorry) Day 9: ✅ This went super smooth Day 10: ✅ I feel that I’ve grown used to it Day 11: ✅ Day 12: ✅ Day 13: ✅ Day 14: ✅ Day 15: ✅ half way there 🎉 Day 16: ✅ Day 17: ✅ Edit: I stopped after Day 17 because my back was straightened but my neck hump began to look even worse which is just annoying 😂 So I transitioned to neck hump exercises But these were so good! I’m planning to have them as a daily routine when my neck gets better! Highly recommended

@@scrappybooksyesss it’s super easy to do now I even barely sweat My posture is much much better, even when I’m on the desk all day with no back support, I’m always sitting straight My shoulders are a little less rounded, and the hunchback I had is waaaayyyy less evident My collar bones are even more defined Still have about the same back fat though (which I’m learning to embrace since it doesn’t seem to be going anywhere) and also my neck is still hunched

Started this bacause of having lower back pain due to bad posture Insha allah will do this until the posture is corrected and back pain is gone..
