I can understand your stance for people who have alcohol cravings. Fortunately for me, I don't have any cravings or desire to drink since stopping at the beginning of the year. I started drinking over 40 years ago as a teen and drunk heavy throughout my 20s and early 30s. I cut back tremendously when I got married and started my family. My most current drinking experience was that of disturbed sleep, dehydration and post drinking anxiety from only about 2 drinks each of my two days off. I no longer enjoyed it. Truth be told, I really wanted to stop in my late 20s when I took month break. However, I was surrounded by heavy drinkere including my roommates.
