Do I Tell The Work Comp Doctor About All My Medical Conditions?

Workers comp insurance accepted just strain back foot and ankle, but after the mri it showed more than that , ruptured disk , and torn ligaments in foot , they denied that of course , but after seeking medical care through different facility, specialists.( I got medically terminated now from my job) this new doctors Says different thing then the IME the insurance sent me too , after two surgeries now they want to settle after they close my case months later , why would they do that ?
