David Correia They already do that on the show. Show them what they’re gonna eat and wait until the end to reveal it. Besides, unless it’s for health or even religious reasons, if you agree to do a somewhat blind taste test then be prepared to not be told what you’re eating. In this case unless there’s something in vegan products that’s bad for one of the kids, no harm in just not commenting that it’s vegan.

Grilled cheese with mushrooms and peppers w/ burnt oat bread? Most kids wouldn't want the non-vegan version of that. Mac and cheese with tomatoes? Tempeh bacon? It's like you purposely found/made the least appealing versions of everything. You know vegans eat regular grilled cheese sandwiches - vegan cheese on white bread. Period. Regular mac and cheese - it even comes in a box with powdered cheese!
