Most people don't get a balanced diet everyday due to various reasons such as non availability of certain veggies and fruits, work and the lack of time to cook a balanced diet every day. Multivitamins are good and easy and THEY WORK.

​@@billybob8620well you can either eat no fruits and vegetables, and use vitamins to be on the safe side, or you can eat no fruit and vegetables, and take no vitamins neither, and likely develope malnutrition. Keep in mind this is people who eat poor diets, we are not talking about folks who get them.fruits and veg in daily

This is true most people don't get a balanced diet reasons 1. Poverty - can't afford balance diet 2. Middle class - no time to prepare 3. Lack of education about healthy diet Only rich people can afford to have a balanced diet but not everyone knows how important it is

We need fibres, and an assortment of vegetables and nutrient rich foods. If we make time for a good diet, exercise, maintain, and monitor our intake. We can stop wasting money and time on vitamins as a quick fix.

I don't eat fruits much and not the best of veggies. I take a multivitamins as an insurance policy. I'm working on improving my diet

If you don't like them, try to make a smoothie with veggies and fruits and add a table spoon of honey or maple sirup. It works for my dad because he hates veggies. I try to eat a lot of legumes also because they contain lots of vitamins and minerals+ fibers. You can also put a lot of spices when you cook ur veggies. Good luck!

One good thing that helps for people who dont like vegetables is the emulsify them with a blender so it blends into the food you eat. Look up some recipes

@@LILIBOSSYI’ve done this, and I actually really like the taste. I used frozen baby spinach and was surprised at how much I could hide in there. Definitely need a good blender though, if it wasn’t shredded enough you’d have an annoying leafy texture in the smoothie.

I feel so much better when I get a multi. I'll stop for a few days occasionally for the fat soluble vitamins.

they definitely do! you won't notice much of a change unless you have a vitamin deficiency (b12 and vitamin D in my experience)

As a person who eats plenty and still underweight from his childhood to teenage years, the moment I consumed multivitamins it made me gain some weight from 49kg underweight to 64kg balanced (I'm 5'4 short male)it helped me have energy everyday too. I can say that multivitamins works.

I have something probably intestine cancer of some sort. Took some doxycycline and amoxicillin and then I researched how beautiful and delicate the intestines actually are. I thought it was tough like the outer skin. But no. It's delicate and looks like little micro ovulas covering the entire intestines. To absorb as much nutrition as possible before it turns into poop. I thought the stomach was responsible for that and with the stomach acid it's amazing that these delicate structures called Villi can survive the acid and everything. The human body is freaking crazy amazing. So after researching this I figured my intestines needed something missing in my diet so I took a multi vitamin. It's like a blanket pill to help your body. What I was missing I assume is Iron. It's extremely important to cell reproduction and the intestines is extremely regenerative. If youre missing something it'll break down.

Yes multivitamins work for me, im so skinny, when i take multivitamins i eat more and gain muscle, and i look younger too, so i would say yes, because its hard to get all the vitamins everyday and this one all u need, specially multivitamins from plant based

I dont really watch what i eat...like i dont take note if what im eating has the balance nutrients i need...i would just eat on a whim...sometimes i eat fruits and vegs..sometimes i dont..so i think multivitamins is sorta of a good thing i guess

It does but it still doesnt beat out a balanced diet as vitamins taken directly from its main sources are always better. But its kind of challenging to identify a well balanced diet when we’re not nutritionists. Did you know that something as simple as boiling food essentially destroys most of its nutrients? Like for Shiitake Mushrooms for example, they give a lot of B vitamins and nutrients that support your natural killer cells (white blood cells) but boiling it basically removes most of that. Microwaving/Grilling shiitake mushrooms have been proven to actually be better at cooking it and retaining its nutrients. So multivitamins work but are not better than a balanced diet but a balanced diet requires research to implement correctly.

So explain to me why fast food restaurants are so profitable. It's because we blue collar workers are typically go go go. Our education is generally very low. From my stand point we will never ever eat a balanced diet. So, I push minerals and vitamins like crazy. Health care provider?? Do you realize how much that cost? We are the typical Americans. We are not the upper social class. I was in my late 50's before I saw a doctor once a year. My kids never saw a doctor. Oh yeah , I'm the norm. I am sure you will disagree. But the typical American and their family eats at fast food restaurants regularly. We do not get our vitamins.

Yeah but if the food is depleted in vitamins and minerals because of al the sh!t they use on the soil the soil is depleted. So you can eat as healthy as you want but you got to eat so freaking much to get everything so a multi vitamin can be usefull i take one but every 5 days or so

They work with proper diet, exercise, and sleep. There is nothing that works if you just sit around all day with poor habits doing nothing
