As a Nigerian, I will tell you that Ghana remains the best friend of Nigeria, and South Africa our only enemy. Our banter with Ghana started in 1957 when Ghana got their independence. Nigerians join them in their celebration and Ghana threw shade at Nigeria for over celebrating their Independence as if it was theirs. Ever since 1957, we have been having siblings fight, but that does not mean that we do not love each other. As a Nigerian, if I have to die to defend Ghana, then consider me a dead man. When Nigeria hosted the Afcon in 2000, we did not host it with our border neighbors like Benin, Niger, Chad or Cameroun, we hosted it with our brother and friend for life, Ghana. I LOVE GHANA.

Nigerians gang up against anyone that down-talk on them. Ask London tabloid magazine. they will tell you their experience. Nigerians don't consider Ghana as enemies. But Nigerians see them as fans of Nigeria. Ghanaians can be annoying sometime to Nigerians but are not considered as their enemies. The enemity between Ghana and Nigeria is not deep rooted from their heart, it is only a beef caused by the Ghanaians dominance in football between both countries. In those golden days of Ghana football, they always won Nigeria especially in crucial games Nigeria needed to win to qualify, that's how they developed the phobia of online dragging which in all totality a joke because everything always ended online. Let me make it clear once again, never you drag any Ghanaian and expect me to support you because you will collect wotowoto. Ghana sent thousands of Nigerians out of Ghana during Nigeria civil war when some Nigerians run to Ghana to stay and open their businesses but Ghanaian government chase them away and took over their business. So Nigerian paid them back when Ghana economy collapse and millions of Ghanaians moved to Nigeria. Many Ghanaians have free education in Nigeria then I went to school with many Ghanaians.
