l think if your photo is wrong they should not go ahead and give you a confirmation number because that will fool you that all went well. l think if your photo is wrong they should deny you the confirmation number to make you sense danger and re-apply with taking a new photo and get a confirmation number after sending the correct photo. please Sharleen comment on these why they give a confirmation number to an applicant who applied with a wrong photo.
