It amazes me that some people think that players at the level Levy plays at need to watch his stream to see what he is doing. They are playing the same board and unlike us bozos in the masses who can only see like 2 or 3 move sequences instead of 2-3+ lines like all these good chess players can. Basically every youtuber does this. A title + thumbnail will make a first group of people click on the video. A second title and thumbnail will make another group of people click on the video. If you see the thimbnail change a lot then you are part of that second group a lot of time and therefor it does exactly the job it was supposed to do.

It is absolutely cheating. The eval bar tells you when you blunder, when your opponent blunders, when you have mate, etc. It is a major advantage and is widely agreed to be a cheat.
