Dont agree with your "DONT" shake your hands unless offered. This is a very very old strategy. Its just like extending your hands and wishing people "Hello/good morning", it creates an amazing experience. I have had shocking experience and the interviewer had felt very pleasant and nice when offered hand by wishing and asking how are you doing? It also creates an impression of how friendly and open minded are you (of course not always but creates a very friendly character impression). Apart from that, I dont find anything negative on this video. Good job!

Apart from these, there are some other do's and don'ts that you need to follow to be able to crack an interview.For starters, you should avoid using these sentences: last company / Boss Sucks! Talking bad things about the last job/boss would make the Interviewer think you will repeat this if they hire you and you go out. It creates a bitter impression about you, so avoid talking anything negative about the last job. 4. I love your eyes! Any comment about the physical appearance of the interviewer should be completely avoided. If at all, you want to compliment anything, keep it professional. 5. I just want this job at any cost. Showing desperation about the job is not advisable. The interviewer needs to be convinced at the end of the interview that you are the right fit. Being desperate for the job would give him a thought there is something about you that is not getting you a job elsewhere. 6. The last company fired me. Put this more gracefully such as - the vision of the company and mine didn’t match.
