You would be living rent free in a lot of men's minds you would definitely become their new distraction.

This is so true. My mom left my dad for some LO in a different state but has returned home. Life is a mess now. As for me, I'm glad I didn't leave my wife and children for the LO in a different country. I'm glad I am back in integrity today with your help Fenna. Thank you. I needed this.

Thanks again Fenna, I live by almost all of these now and it's still very hard. But it gets easier and I am dealing with this new LO situation better than the last. If I can just add my 2 cents: Don't fantasize about them, when you do then catch yourself and think about something else. You will do this, no exageration, hundreds of times per day. Then after a few weeks maybe only one hundred and so on. This feels like it has been covered on your and other channels frequently. A big discovery for me recently tho has been not to do this with someone new. Seems harmless right? Just had a convo with this new really cool girl, start fantasizing about simple stuff like lying on the couch with her or whatever... even feels good to distract from an LO. But WRONG, this is how it starts and I need to do the same thing about catching myself and stopping the daydream. Anyway, thanks as always and sorry to anyone reading this. It sucks more than anything I have ever experienced.

Hi Fenna, your advice is helping me a lot. For me, I didn't at first realized that I was steeping a little bit on risky integrity issues, things were "just happening " until I realized I was hiding information, chasing, etc... Now trying to step back applying no contact, but now I suffer bc I think I'm being mean to LO , because I'm holding back my attention, and I don't know how to explain to her. The situation is turning bitter, because is a coworker... I don't know how its going to end, but the situation is so painful.... Thank for your content

@Bud-cp3ct you have the right to protect yourself. And to be honest , we sometimes overestimate the ' damage ' we do to our poor LOs , whom are adults and can deal with situations. Good luck !!

Why do "donts" feel so good? 😢

Research intermittent reinforcement. Teal Swan has a video on it. She is a cult leader but even a wrong clock is right twice a day.

So no eye contact either for me that just brings me high hopes, I just pretend I don’t see them even if they’re like 5 meters away from me

Excellent advice. Unfortunately, most people in limerence remain there in search of that illusive 'feeling' from [their] own reality. As such, move from 'LO" to 'LO' to 'LO' for the remainder of their lives. Of which, destroys [their] ability to pair bond with a healthy person forever. Great tutorial. Cheers! 😉

This is not exactly about limerence (definitely not in my case), something much more intrusive, but just for fun: They call it creeping, I say loving, it's the only way for me Filling out papers, signing waivers, but I stay outside his reach I name your mother and your father and the first pet that you keep I know your favourite place to dine at when your cheque comes in each week I know you do your wash on Sundays and you separate your whites And that your car needs a new tire 'cause last week I laid those spikes I've got a million polaroids with all the dates penned in red ink I sneak a walkie-talkie in your room to listen to you sleep _Chorus:_ _You just don't know it yet, but you love me and I love you the same_ _One day we'll have a pretty wedding, and I'll be your everything_ _We'll be together, yes forever, we will never ever part_ _Oh, you don't know it yet but baby I've already got your heart_ Some call it stalking, I say walking *just extremely close behind* I'm sure if I sat down and asked you, well, you really wouldn't mind You've got those eyes that drive me crazy And I've got eyes to watch you sleep I brought a pack lunch and some coffee For my stakeout in your tree, outside your house (shh) Gotta be as quiet as a mouse, or else you'll call the police And I'll get done for somethin' stupid like disturbance of the peace And piece by piece, I am collecting all the things you leave behind And when you don't, I rummage through your bins to see what I can find _Chorus x2_ This is from a song "An Unhealthy Obsession" by the Blake Robinson Synthetic Orchestra

@@followingfenna Might also look up "Stalker's Tango" - the original is by Autoheart, but the cover by AnnaPantsu is also very good, I might actually prefer that one - it sounds a bit more passionate and darker than the original.
