Insha'Allah ameen I am always worried about people who realise Islam that they should learn the arabic language so that they are not lost in translation. And I am very happy to find you have persued the right path without wasting your precious time, which never comes back once gone I love the Quran, I love arabic language. Alhamdulillah I am memorising the Quran now with the help of Allah swt about hadeeths- and tafseers, I feel so nervous , it's not that I don't believe them or that I am rejecting them but I am worried that there are corruptions in them.. because through Quran and in Quran with help of Allah swt, I find so much peace in my heart, whenever I recite it .. Hadeeth has levels of authenticity and are relayed word for word and also by meaning. Allah promised to protect his religion, and that includes hadeeth in everything that we need to know about how to worship allah. For the lay person and one whos not a specialist in hadith, he looks to see who authenticated each hadith, and then he takes their word for it and asks for explanation for anything that is unclear. some hadith books like bukhari and muslim you can be assured that its all authenticated by those two imams and books like riyadh assaaliheen are authenticated by imam nawwai even though the scholars have pointed to some hadiths and said its not authentic and that's an area of ijtihad. Of course tafseer is a big field and while getting the basic jist of the meanings is simple, the details can be a lot for a beginner so it's best for him to take it one step at a time, starting with vocab, small tafseers, and then learning about the usool of tafseer and then later he can get into the bigger books. For the areas of ijtihad, the differences are something that you don't need to worry about picking the right one, but rather take the safest road and know that there's a difference and be understanding for where each person is coming from. But, with clear cut issues (many of which are the bulk of aqeedah) this one takes a firmer approach with it. I'll try to make some videos about these subjects in the future. wallhu aalam

@@DaudBurke Salam alaikum, YT did not notify me about your reply here and it was Allah swt will that by chance I looked into my social inbox where I don't look usually. Anyway, thank you so much for that reply and explanation. Everyone before you, just jump straight into judging that either I don't love our messenger or all of them would have one exact same argument that how do we know the procedure of Salah and how I am a hadeeths rejector. Masha'Allah , you are going on a good path.. and you are meant to be where you are .. Insha'Allah I will surely refer to those books in future when I might need explanations, mostly honestly I find Quran with clear rulings I need to follow and explanations. It's a question of purifying the soul, preparing to meet God.. I am positive I would find more elaborate wise moral stories in hadeeths to learn from I used to read ibn katheer when I first started, and I think that was a mistake .. because many stories there belittled the pure souls .. just like I found in the bible stories I had bought for my daughter to understand the stories in detail of the prophets before prophet Muhammad( pbuh). I felt there was a similar play around on hadeeths as well, not to forget the khaleefas that came in between before it all ended. Do check the channel "marvelous Quran" by dr. Hany on KZbin .. please do let me know your view. He is revisiting all the stories in the Quran, purely through Quran. He does not consider himself perfect but he seems to make sense in many areas.
