Manipulation Series (1 set = 30 seconds) - cone: over and back (1 set each hand) - cone: over and back to change of hand (2 sets total) - cone: over and back to pocket pull (2 sets each hand) - NO CONE: pocket pull to change of hand (2 sets total) 2. Moving Manipulations - 3 sets each hand (half court and back) 3. Crawl Start Freestyle - 5 sets (half court and back, moving as fast as you can!)

IQ is extremely important for any pg (IQ like in knowledge over plays, spacing, pick and roll, and iso) also make sure your mental game is good (being confident and accepting failure)

Main things you should work on are handles, speed, and ofc shooting. Even if your smaller, if youre shifty and can explode into either drives or shots youll become a good scorer

Hey I’m doing the perimeter scorer system and we have pre season training starting in early September. Even with team practices and team lifts 4 days a week can I still do the pre season perimeter scorer system workouts as well? Thank you bro

Yup! You can either do it as the schedule lays it out if you think you’ll have the time/energy for it or you can adjust it and maybe only do 2-3 days a week of the perimeter scorer system workouts. Regardless, do what you can and don’t worry if you can’t do it “perfectly”…you’ll still get better if you focus on what you can do!
