In the scapula push ups it is important to isolate the protraction and not flex the T-spine to compensate, as calimnastic says "neutral chest"

Exacly! Don't curl spine; just get the strong scapular and understand its movements first, it is super important when applying to static skill later.

Could you make a video explaining how to strengthen your lower back I can hold The Straight Arm Tuck Planche for 10 seconds and was just able to do the Tuck Planche Push Up for 3 Reps, but I Don’t know how to get to the next progression efficiently, I do 3 Sets of 1 Minute Planks to Strengthen My Lower Back, however those don’t do anything for me anymore, I need something more strenuous for that region of my body

This is a bit late but you can probably do one arm variation for some time, at least that's what I do

hi good video i have long straight flat clavicle wide super shoulders it hurt my scapula is there only weight or gym machine which can help my scapula more strong
