Are these safe to do during your entire pregnancy?

Yes!! These exercises are advised by Dr. Bradley from the Bradley Method as well as pelvic floor specialists. I had a "normal", "healthy" pregnancy both times, so I did them all throughout. Since everyone is different, double check with your healthcare practitioner first, but you should be good to go!
