Sensei John looks so ripped everyone thinks he’s from kyokushinkai. Anyways don’t forget isometric training like kiba dachi, zenkutsu dachi. Isometrics are good at making your body bulletproof and solid.

john please show the foot position for hitting hook kicks with the heel also it would be helpful if you do a video and show that for every kick , what part of the feet do you hit with and do you pull back the toes etc
