YESSSS!!! Hello Hannah! Really what I need on this time: so nice to feel stretching and strength in a same way... I love it!!! Thank you sweet teacher for that so wonderful proposition of 10 days of stretching Pilates challenge!!! I'm so pleased to recover step by step my strength and my joy to follow you so easily!!! Love the stretching as I definitely need to do more. So glad you’re doing this as a 10-day challenge. Any suggestions as to how to strengthen my back as I’m guessing that’s why I have trouble lying on my tummy!

Hi there! So glad it was a good series for you and thank you so much for watching daily 💛 Currently do not have one planned because a number of viewers are new to Pilates so try to make it so everyone can enjoy. Made a note though, and will add to possible future workouts 💛

Love this Hannah a mix of pilates moves and stretching I can't do traditional pilates as it gives me hip pain but this is perfect please keep these videos coming and for longer onea 👲🏼👌👌

I did not like it. The moves change too fast, I cannot fully enjoy each exercise.
