Love the stretching as I definitely need to do more. So glad you’re doing this as a 10-day challenge. Any suggestions as to how to strengthen my back as I’m guessing that’s why I have trouble lying on my tummy!

Love this Hannah a mix of pilates moves and stretching I can't do traditional pilates as it gives me hip pain but this is perfect please keep these videos coming and for longer onea 👲🏼👌👌
